2. Go to the Spot page where you can manage spots.
3. Find the specific spot for which you'd like to create a QR code.
4. Click on the Print QR code icon in the spot line to open a modal window.
5. In the modal window, click on the "Download QR code" button to generate a unique QR code for the selected spot.
6. A PDF file containing the QR code will be downloaded to your device.
7. Open the downloaded PDF file and ensure you have self-adhesive paper loaded in your printer.
8. Print the QR code from the PDF file onto the self-adhesive paper.
9. Cut out the QR code according to your preferred size and style.
10. Attach the QR code to a visible spot, such as a meeting room door or hot desk booking area, where users can easily scan it for quick booking access.

Important Note

Remember that each QR code you generate and download is unique to each spot. This ensures that users are directed to the correct booking page when scanning the code.
