We are excited to introduce the new Booking Rules feature, which allows you to better manage the bookings for your spots. This feature is currently in beta, and we welcome your feedback to help us improve it further.
Booking Rules enable you to set conditions that must be met for users to make a bookings. This ensures fair and balanced usage while reducing administrative workload.
Each rule can be applied either to all spots or to a selection of specific spots. Rules can also be limited to internal bookings or extended to include public bookings.
Limits the number of bookings a user can create in one day.
Limits the number of bookings a user can create in one week.
Restricts the length of a single bookings to a set time limit.
Limits bookings to specific time ranges.
Restricts bookings to specific days of the week.
Only administrators can configure booking rules. Follow these steps:
