Adding a floorplan to your Whatspot account allows you to visually manage your spots and enhance your booking experience. Follow these steps to get started:
What You Need to Provide:
1. An Empty Sketch or Blueprint
- Send us an image of your space in JPG or PNG format with a good resolution (≥2000px is ideal).
- The higher the resolution, the better the result.
- Example image:

2. A Marked Version of the Sketch/Blueprint
- Use the same image as above and mark the spots with numbers (e.g., 1, 2, 3).
- You can do this digitally or by handwriting the numbers and scanning the updated sketch.
- Example of a marked sketch:

3. A List of Spot Names
- Create a list that pairs the numbers from the marked sketch with the corresponding spot names in your account.
- Example:
- 1 – Blue Meeting Room
- 2 – Red Meeting Room
- 3 – Desk 01
- 4 – Desk 02
What We Do:
Once we receive all the details, we will:
1. Upload the Empty Image
- The clean sketch/blueprint will be added to your account.

2. Pair Spots with the Image
- We will map the numbered spots to the corresponding areas on the blueprint, as shown in this example:
