💡 Why use this feature?
Upcoming reminder helps users avoid forgetting their bookings. It also gives them a quick way to release spots they no longer need.
For companies, this means better usage of offices, meeting rooms, parking spots, and other shared spaces. Unused bookings can be released in time for other colleagues.
Example use cases:
- A user books a meeting room and receives a reminder before the meeting starts.
- A colleague realizes they will not come to the office and cancels the booking directly from the reminder email.
- Teams get a more accurate overview of real spot usage.
- Companies reduce the number of unused bookings.
