Organization Settings
User menu / Organization settings
This guide presents an overview for configuring your organizational settings. Before initiating the configuration process, ensure that you have administrator rights. To configure the settings, first go to the Organization Settings page, located in the upper right corner within the user menu.
1. Organization Name
- Locate the "Organization Name" field.
- Enter your desired organization name.
- Click "Save Changes" to apply the new name.
2. Application Language
- Locate the "Application Language" dropdown menu.
- Select the desired language from the available options.
- Click "Save Changes" to apply the new language.
3. Time Format
- Locate the "Time Format" section.
- Choose either "12-hour" or "24-hour" format.
- Click "Save Changes" to apply the selected time format.
4. Start of Working Time (Hour)
- Locate the "Start of Working Time (hour)" field.
- Enter the desired hour in the format specified by the selected Time Format.
- Click "Save Changes" to apply the new starting hour.
Note that these settings will impact the display of the calendar the booking process.
5. End of Working Time (Hour)
- Locate the "Start of Working Time (hour)" field.
- Enter the desired hour in the format specified by the selected Time Format.
- Click "Save Changes" to apply the new ending hour.
Note that these settings will impact the display of the calendar during the booking process.
6. 15-Minute Slot
- Locate the "15-minute slot" button.
- Switch on or off the button.
- Once activated, reservations can be made every 15 minutes.
- Click "Save Changes" to apply the 15-minute slot.
7. Start Week on
- Locate the "Start week on" field.
- Choose the day you wish to start your week on.
- Click "Save Changes" to apply the starting day of your week.
Note that these settings will impact the calendar display.
8. Link to a Personal Calendar
- Locate the "Link to personal calendar" button.
- Switch on or off the button.
- Click "Save Changes" to apply the linking to personal calendar.
- Whatspot will automatically link to your personal calendar.
9. Automatic Permission for Categories
New users who join the organization can be granted automatic permissions for all categories through this feature.
Please note that this setting applies to all new users who join the organization after the setting is enabled. Existing users will not be affected.
If this feature is disabled, refer to the following guide on how to set up category access from scratch for each individual user.
10. Show Spot Images
- Locate the "Show spot images" button.
- Switch on or off the button.
- Click "Save Changes" to show the spot images.
11. Limit Booking Time
- Locate the "Limit booking time" button.
- Switch on or off the button.
- Click "Save Changes" to apply the limit booking time.
Note that these settings will impact the calendar display.
12. Delete Account
- Locate the "Delete account" button.
- Switch on or off the button.
- Click "Save Changes" to delete your account.
Note that this will immediately delete all of your data including reservations, users, spots and more. This cannot be undone.
