Recurring bookings in Whatspot allow you to easily schedule regular events, such as weekly meetings or monthly gatherings. This feature saves time and ensures consistency in your schedule.

Creating a Recurring Booking

1. Fill in the Booking Details: When creating a new booking, enter all the necessary information, such as the event name, date, time, and location selection.
2. Set the Recurrence: In the final step of the booking process, you will find a dropdown menu labeled "Repeat Event." Click on this menu and select the recurrence frequency:
   • Do not repeat: A one-time event.
   • Daily: The event will repeat every day.
   • Weekly: The event will repeat every week on the same day and time.
   • Monthly: The event will repeat every month on the same day and time.
   • Custom: Allows you to set a custom recurrence interval based on your needs.
3. Confirm the Booking: After selecting the desired recurrence frequency, review all booking details and confirm it.

Creating a Custom Recurring Booking
If the preset recurrence options do not meet your requirements, you can set a custom recurrence interval:

• Select a Custom Frequency: In the "Repeat Event" menu, choose the "Custom" option.
• Set the Recurrence Interval: Once you select the custom option, a "Recurrence Interval" field will appear. Here, you can define how often the event should repeat, such as every 2 weeks or every 3 months.
• Set the End of Recurrence: In the "End" field, specify how many times the series should repeat. The maximum number of recurrences is 20.

Managing Recurring Bookings

Whatspot provides flexible options for modifying or canceling recurring bookings:

• All reservations – Apply changes to all future and past bookings in the series.
• This reservation – Modifies or cancels only the selected booking, leaving others unchanged.
• This and following reservations – Changes will apply to the selected booking and all future bookings, while past bookings remain unchanged.
