This article explains how to use recurring booking from the Whatspot online booking system. Follow these simple steps to get started: 

Create Your First Reccuring Booking

Choose Recurring Option After you've filled out the necessary details for your booking, look for a dropdown menu titled "repeat event" in the last step of the booking process.

Set the Frequency Click on this dropdown. You will see several options that determine the recurrence of your booking:

• Do Not Repeat Select this if your booking is a one-time event.
• Daily Choose this option if your booking needs to recur daily.
• Weekly Opt for this setting if your booking recurs weekly.
• Monthly Select this for bookings that occur once a month.
• Custom For bookings that don't fit into the daily, weekly, or monthly categories, use the "custom" option. This will allow you to set your own custom recurrence schedule.

Confirm Your Booking: After choosing your desired recurrence, finalize your recurring booking. Review the booking details to ensure accuracy before confirming.

1. To create a custom recurring booking, navigate to the "Repeat Event" dropdown menu and select the "Custom repeat event" option. This will allow you to customize the repetition of your bookings.
2. The "Range" option becomes editable upon choosing the custom setting. This lets you set the recurrence interval in the "Repeat Every" field. For instance, setting this field to "1" and selecting "Day" will schedule the event to repeat every day. Alternatively, you can choose "Week" or "Month" for weekly or monthly repeats. If you wish the event to recur every two weeks or months, just set the "Repeat Every" field to 2 and so on.
3. Lastly, establish the end of recurrence by setting the desired number of occurrences in the "End" field. This number denotes how many times you want the booking to happen. Please note that the system permits a maximum of 10 recurrences.
