What to Do When You Want to Export Data
This technical documentation explains how to download reports from the Whatspot online booking system.
Follow these simple steps to get started:
Any page
On any page of the Whatspot website, you will see a button in the top right corner with the logo of a xlsx export. This button allows you to download reports.

Click on the button, and a menu will appear. From the menu, select the time period for which you want to generate the report.

Once you've selected the time period, click on the button “Export” and the system will automatically create the report in a file format called XLSX, which is compatible with spreadsheet applications like Microsoft Excel. The report will then be downloaded to your computer.
Downloads
Find the downloaded file on your computer. It is usually saved in the "Downloads" folder or wherever your browser is set to save downloaded files.
Application
Use a spreadsheet application like Microsoft Excel to open the downloaded file. Double-click on the file to open it in the application.

The downloaded file will contain the report with the data for the selected time period. You can navigate through the report, analyze the data, and make any necessary changes or formatting within the spreadsheet application.
