How to Add Multiple Users
This technical documentation explains how to add multiple users to the online booking system in Whatspot.
1. Go to the People Site

Open the People site in the Whatspot online booking system. This is where you can manage all the users.
2. Add a New User

To add a new user, look for the "Plus" button located in the bottom right corner of the People site. Click on this button.
3. Invite Colleagues
Sidebar / People
A window titled "Invite colleagues" will appear after clicking the "Plus" button. This window allows you to invite users.
4. Enter User Email Addresses
Sidebar / People
In the field labeled "Collaborator email address," enter the email addresses of the users you want to add. If you have multiple email addresses to add, you can add multiple users at once.
5. Send Invitations
Sidebar / People
After entering all the email addresses, click the "Invite" button to send out the invitations. This will add the users to the online booking system.
