What to Do After You created a Booking
To make it easier to manage your schedule, you can add your Whatspot bookings to your personal calendar. Follow these simple steps to get started:

Open your web browser and go to Whatspot where the calendar is located.

Look for the plus button. This button is located in the bottom right corner of the calendar site. Click on it to proceed.

You will be presented with options for the type of booking you want to add to your personal calendar, such as a room or a car. Choose the appropriate option by clicking on it.

Enter the date and time for your booking. Make sure to provide accurate information to avoid any scheduling conflicts.

Once you have entered the necessary details, submit your booking request. This will notify the system and the relevant administrator.
