The main administrator is the user who created the organization in Whatspot and holds the highest level of permissions for managing it.
The Main Administrator
- has full access to manage the organization and all its settings
- receives important information, such as invoices for recurring payments by bank transfer
- is the recipient of important business communications
If the main administrator is leaving the company or a different person is to take over the role, their replacement must be arranged
Conditions for Changing the Main Administrator
- the new administrator must already be a member of the same organization
- transferring administrative rights results in a complete data transfer, including all reservations
- the change will take effect the day after approval
