How to Change the Main Administrator

The main administrator is the user who created the organization in Whatspot and holds the highest level of permissions for managing it.


The Main Administrator

  • has full access to manage the organization and all its settings
  • receives important information, such as invoices for recurring payments by bank transfer
  • is the recipient of important business communications

If the main administrator is leaving the company or a different person is to take over the role, their replacement must be arranged

Conditions for Changing the Main Administrator

  • the new administrator must already be a member of the same organization
  • transferring administrative rights results in a complete data transfer, including all reservations
  • the change will take effect the day after approval

If the original main administrator is no longer available and the change must be carried out, please contact our support team at support@whatspot.app.
