How to Upgrade Your Plan

Step-by-step guide to easily upgrade your plan.


Upgrading to the Premium Plan on our online booking system is easy and can be done anytime during the trial period or later if you're using the Freemium plan. The premium plans offers more features and benefits, allowing you to manage your bookings with ease. Follow the steps below to upgrade your account:

  1. Log in to Your Account - log in to your online booking system account as an administrator
  2. Access the User Menu - navigate to the User Menu located in the top-right corner of the dashboard
  3. Select "Upgrade to Premium" - click on "Upgrade to Premium" in the User Menu to proceed with the upgrade process
  4. Review Your Current Subscription - on the next page, you will see details about your current subscription
  5. Click "Upgrade" - click on the "Upgrade" button to proceed to the selection of a new plan
  6. Choose a Plan You will see three available plans: 
    • Premium
    • Ultimate
    • Enterprise

    Select your preferred plan by clicking the "Continue" button.

   7. Enter Billing Information - fill in the required billing details to proceed with the purchase

   8. Choose Your Payment Frequency - select between:

  • Monthly payment
  • Annual payment

   9. Review Spots and Select Currency - Check the number of spots in your plan and choose your preferred currency.

   10. Proceed to Payment - click on "Continue to payment" to finalize the subscription upgrade

   11. Enter Payment Details - provide the necessary card details:

  • Name of the cardholder
  • Card number

   12. Confirm Payment - click on "Pay by Card" to complete the transaction

   13. Subscription Activated - your new subscription plan is now active, and you can start using the upgraded features immediately

   14. Alternative Payment Method - if you prefer to pay via bank transfer, select "Request via Transfer"

   15. Enterprise Plan Requests - if you are interested in the Enterprise plan, click on "Talk to Us" and  provide the following details:

  • Number of users
  • Number of spots
  • Interest in floor plan feature
  • Number of custom rules needed

     Once submitted, our team will get in touch with you to discuss your needs and provide a tailored offer.
