With Calendar Sync, Whatspot can write your reservations directly into your personal Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar.
👉 Please note: This is a one-way synchronization. Changes made in your calendar will not be reflected back in Whatspot.
Before you set up Calendar Sync, you need to open your user profile:

You will see the profile page, where you can manage your authentication and calendar connection.

If you are using Outlook Calendar and want your Whatspot reservations to appear automatically in it, follow these steps to enable Calendar Sync.
On your profile page, go to Account authentication and sign in with your Microsoft account.
👉 From now on, you can also use your Microsoft account to log in to Whatspot (Single Sign-On / SSO).

Under Calendars, select Connect your Outlook Calendar.

❗ To ensure correct functioning, make sure the timezone in your organisation settings is set properly. Ask your administrator if you need help with the setup.
