Integration with MS Office and Google Calendar

Easily sync your Whatspot reservations with your Microsoft Office or Google Calendar.

How to set up the integration
In the top right corner, click on the user icon and select Edit profile.

In your profile settings, you will find two sections:

  • Account authentication – connect your Whatspot account with your Microsoft or Google email.
  • Calendar connection – once the account is authenticated, choose whether you want to synchronize reservations with your MS Office or Google Calendar.

How synchronization works

Once your account is connected, all new reservations created in Whatspot will automatically appear in your personal calendar (MS Office or Google). This way, you can keep track of all your events in one place without entering them manually.
